  I  VALENTINO'S!!  All of their food is really good and not as expensive than other places. Their tiramisu is my absolute favorite around! I almost didn't even say that because of the fact that I called the other night to order a pizza and also to get my slice of tiramisu, and the girl helping me on the phone ( I'm so sorry please forgive me I forgot her name!) Informed me that they were out. At that point I started to malfunction. This was my birthday weekend and they were out of my tiramisu?? This can't be happening! I told her, repeatedly, how I was going to need therapy for this because I was so looking forward to it and she shattered my birthday dreams with those 4 little words ...  "I'm sorry,  we're out".  At this point I think it was about 10:40 p.m. so I was lucky that they even made me a pizza that late, but then to further make me an annoyance, we didn't show up until a couple minutes past 11 when they were already closing. She then looked right at my friends and I and said I'm sorry we can't accept any money past 11 p.m.  At first I couldn't tell if she was kidding or serious but I know that I looked very confused and at that point asked her if she was serious. She looked at me dead serious, and said I can't take any money past 11 you're going to have to take this for free, Happy Birthday.  I was in complete shock because I haven't had anything like that happen to me and quite a long time. It was a very sweet gesture, and as if I wasn't already a Valentino's lover for life, oh I definitely am now!
  I've never ordered a bad pie from Valentino's. All of their food it's so yummy and even their employees always seem to go above and beyond. I definitely have not had the same experiences in regards to other Pizza establishments. The one and only complaint that I would ever have for Valentino's is the fact that their delivery area cuts off literally one block before my house, so I always need to go pick it up. But even that's not going to stop me from ordering from them for every last one of my birthdays that I will be fortunate enough to have in the future!  
  To the sweet girl who took my call and also had some trickery up her sleeve when I got there, thank you for your kind gesture.   Made my birthday night , even though it was tiramisu free!  It's little things that set apart the chain restaurants from the smaller establishments, in my ever so humble opinion. It is also why I will keep Valentino's on speed dial in my phone. Thank you once again and I'll be in soon for my tiramisu!

  I have been going here for years and the food is always so good. But I wanted to write this review about a driver named Henry.
  
  He is always the one delivering to our home and I have to say, this guy is a very humble, hard working, fast working, genuine dude. You can tell how much he loves his job and interacting with his customers. Thank you Henry for always being so attentive and genuine to myself and my family, you rock bro!

  So I ordered a pizza for pick up over the phone.  I arrive to pick it up and they messed up the order.  So the manager tells me they will rush another pizza through for me.  I wait another 20-25 minutes and then the manager says, we never put your pizza in.  The manager says, oh we will comp the pizza, but it has already been over an hour since I made the original order.  How do I know they will actually get it right on the 3rd try.  SoI ask for my money back.
  
  This type of experience is the definition of less than 1 star.  I won't be back.

  I've been going to this place since I worked as an assistant manager to the old Wherehouse Music that was located across the street. Still delicious pizza. There are different kinds of pizzas but Valentino's will always have a place in your stomach. The inside has been way upgraded since those old days but the same great test and the price has only gone up $2-$3 in 29 years.
  
  4/3/2019 - Still good service and pizza for a great price. Ordered two Larges for less than $18 and picked up. Nice and hot, got some plates and some chili pepper and Parmesan and was off to a play date. Wasn't too busy for a Wednesday at noon. If you're nearby and want some good pizza try Valentino's you're gonna like the way it tastes, I guarantee it!

  Good pizza for the price.  Good value.  Been here many times and never had a bad experience.
